NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE II
The next meeting of the National Executive Committee will convene at
the Weinberg Center on the Camp Fretterd Military Reservation on Thursday, January 19, 2012.
Camp Fretterd is located on Route # 30,
three miles north of Reisterstown, Maryland. Coffee and donuts will be
available beginning at 8:30 AM, with the business meeting to begin at
9:30 AM. A catered lunch will be served at approximately 12:00 Noon.
The cost is $15.00 per person, which includes the continental breakfast
and lunch. Checks should be made payable to: “29th Division
Association,” and mailed to
P.O. Box 1546, Frederick, Maryland
21702-0546. Since it is extremely difficult to alert the caterer as to
the number of meals until we know for sure who will be
there, checks should be mailed in advance and as early as
possible, but not later than Friday, January 13, 2012.
For those who require overnight accommodations, rooms w/private bath
(no TV) are available at the Weinberg Center at a cost of $40.00 per
night. You should call
Ms. Kim Tsirigos at the Weinberg Center
410-702-9776 for reservations. Fees for rooms should also be made
payable to the 29th Division Association and submitted with your check
for the meal.
